Welcome to our OPAL page! At Biddick Hall Infant and Nursery School, we believe that playtime isn’t just a break from learning—it is a vital part of it. We are incredibly proud to be an OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) school, a fantastic programme dedicated to transforming our playtimes into rich, creative, and joyful outdoor adventures. Through OPAL, we provide our children with the freedom, space, and loose parts (like tyres, crates, and den-building kits) to explore, problem-solve, and build resilience together. Our mission is to ensure that every child experiences an amazing, active playtime every single day—no matter the weather!
