Summer Holiday Club
Monday 26 July to Friday 3 September
You can now enrol your child in a free holiday club programme over the summer. There are free places available for children and young people in South Tyneside who are eligible for benefits related free school meals or families who are experiencing hardship, where they can enjoy a variety of creative and physical activities, alongside a nutritious meal every day.
Activities cater for children aged 5 to 16. All events are subject to availability and COVID restrictions. Booking is essential. Activities and food are funded by the Department for Education.

Nursery Parents
We have received confirmation of a positive case of covid in nursery.
Nursery children must self isolate up to and including Thursday 22nd July. Children can return to nursery on Friday 23rd July.
Information regarding work packs will follow shortly. Please keep checking our facebook page and myschoolapp for updates.

I can confirm that both Blue class and Yellow class will need to work remotely this week.
Children will return to school on Monday 19th July.
Work packs will hopefully be available by the end of today. Please keep an eye on social media.
There is an expectation for all children to access work from home and can I thank you for your support during these challenging times.

School has agreed to the possibly of becoming a vaccination centre. Please keep checking our school website and myschoolapp for further information and dates when this may happen.

The Children’s Commissioner for England, Dame Rachel de Souza, has launched The Big Ask, a survey aimed at young people aged 4 to 17.
This is a chance for children to have their say on the things that matter to them. The Big Ask allows children to tell the government what their life is like, what they want in the future, and anything they think is holding them back.
