On Wednesday the 18 December some of our Year 1 and 2 children went along to All Saints Community Centre. The children performed some of the carols they have been learning in singing they then wished everyone a Merry Christmas.It was a wonderful afternoon much enjoyed by all ages. We are very much hoping to go back next year!
Nursery visited Santa’s Winter Wonderland and it was amazing! We met Sparkle the Christmas Elf, decorated hats and made our own Christmas tree decorations. We went exploring in the woods and all sat around the campfire to sing songs and try a toasted marshmallow. When we went back inside there was hot chocolate to warm us up before going to meet Santa Claus. We were happy that everyone in Nursery is on Santa’s ‘nice’list this year!
Jamie has made a great start to our battery recycling challenge ‘The Big Battery Hunt’. He brought in a whole jar of batteries that he had collected with his Grandad. Well done Jamie!

Nursery are exploring colour throughout this week. We have begun by sorting objects by colour and finding out what happens when coloured dye is added to water. We have had great fun today using pipettes to apply colour in small quantities.
Nursery stay and play was a huge success today. It was great to see so many of our parents supporting their children and joining in with the spooky fun!
